Lysine malonylation site prediction is based on multiple feature extraction methods and combines
five classifiers, to make the final prediction of true sites. Users should supply protein sequences or a sequence file with the FASTA format and further
select the species type to customize an ensemble predictor. An example of amino acid sequences in the FASTA format is presented, while a set of models will be used as the default setting at this webpage.
